Charging parameters are easily configured directly from the front panel using the tactile buttons. Pressing the "CHR/CRT" button cycles through the 8 pre-programmed battery voltage curves (GEL, AGM, Open Lead-Acid, Sealed, Calcium, Lithium, etc.) and pressing "ENTER" confirms the profile. Pressing "CHR/MOD" adjusts the maximum AC charging current between 5A, 10A, 20A, 30A, 45A, and 60A to match your battery capacity.

Yes. The AKHPI Plus Series features a wide AC input voltage window (160Vac - 265Vac) and frequency auto-sensing (45Hz - 65Hz). It accepts dirty AC power from diesel or gasoline generators, cleans and stabilizes the AC output via its internal automatic voltage regulator (AVR), and charges the battery bank simultaneously.

The automatic transfer switch (ATS) inside the AKHPI Plus switches from grid AC power to battery inverter mode in under 10 milliseconds (typical). This ultra-fast transfer time ensures uninterrupted operation for desktop computers, smart TVs, Wi-Fi routers, security cameras, and home automation hubs without rebooting.

The AKHPI Plus includes a multi-tiered electronic protection system. For overloads between 100% and 120%, the system operates for 2 minutes before controlled shutdown; for 120% to 140% overload, it shuts down in 60 seconds; for overloads above 140%, it shuts down in 20 seconds.
